She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Thomas Eaves and Mary Eaves (Hearne); her husband Danny S. Koontz; her daughter Candy Moore; her stepson Jeremy Koontz; her siblings, Kathleen Marshall, Tom Eaves and David Hearne; and her pet Copper.
She is survived by: her son Steven Moore of Lexington, Indiana; her stepdaughter Stephanie Koontz of Madison, Indiana; her brothers, Dale Eaves (Jennifer) of Austin, Indiana and Jerry Wicker (Deana) of Austin, Indiana; her brother-in-law Larry Marshall of Lexington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Nathan Lucas, Christopher and Shyann; and her great grandchild Axel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
