She is survived by: her sons, David McCune (Terri) of New Castle and Kenny Hayworth of Lewisville; her grandchildren, Joshua, Garrison and Madison McCune; and her brother Gene Allen Jr. (Carol) of Alva, FL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
