He is survived by: his wife Glenda Conn (Upchurch); his sons, John Lee (Serena) of Hamilton and Forrest Gene (Jaime) of Midway; his grandsons, Keaton Conn and Nathaniel Conn of Hamilton, Ohio; and his sister Kathy Conn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
