He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Lou Allhands (Alexander); his parents, Dallas Goodwin Allhands and Mary Alice Whitcomb (Nugen); his children, Marcus Allhands (Pamela), Keith W. Allhands (Linda) and Katherine Searcy; and his grandchildren, Amy Richmond, Tamara Porter, Abby Means, Hannah Burke, Mary Smith, Ruth Allhands, Erik, Kurtis and Nathaniel Searcy. He was also cherished by twenty-three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
