He was predeceased by: his father Weldon Stevens; his brother David Stevens; and his sister-in-law Dianna Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Martha Stevens (Fordice); his wife Paula Jefferis; his sons, Ryan Stevens (Jennifer), Jason and Justin Stevens; his grandsons, Kaden, Kameron and Karson Stevens; and his siblings, Bob Stevens and Connie Porter (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
