He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Batson; and his father-in-law Mick Murray. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Louise Batson (Bow) of Lewisville; his wife Carol Ann Murray; his son Reece Hale (Rachel Hurt) of New Castle; his siblings, Sharon Warrick (Mike) of Brownsburg and Timmy of Lewisville; his mother-in-law Karen Murray of New Castle; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hardwick (Clay Watkins) of New Castle and Shane Murray (Rebecca) of Wyoming; and his close friends, Ozzie and Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special cousins.
