He is survived by: his wife Linda Gilbert (Hagerman); his children, Robert Kevin Gilbert (Therease) of Lewis and Kimberly K. Thompson (Brian) of Nashville, Indiana.; his granddaughter Alysia Sullivan (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Alta and Aubrey Sullivan.
