He is survived by: his wife Judy Jacobs (Lofland); his children, Steven (Penny), Mark (Michelle), Angela (Terry), Jeffrey and Michael (Lizbeth); his grandchildren, Jamie (Krista), Josh (Brittany), April (Brendon), Alyssa and Cody; and his sisters, Jean, Martha and Mary Lou. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
