He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bockhold and Imogene Bockhold (Howe); his brothers, Jerry, Randy and Neil; and his niece Melissa.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Bockhold of Leopold; his son Zayne Bockhold; his stepdaughter Jacqueline Trowbridge of Indianapolis; his siblings, Kevin Bockhold (Carrie) of Dexter, IN, Kim Steen (Steve) of Bandon, IN, Tonya Stillwell (Darrell) of Branchville, IN and Michele Peter (David) of Gatchel, IN; and his sister-in-law Connie Bockhold.
