He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim George and Inez George (Sweat); his brothers, Don and Mike George; and his nephew Brandon George.
He is survived by: his sister Diane Royer (Rob); and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Roark (Nathan), Dana Hubert (Lee), Matt Royer (Kristy), Rob Royer (Mandi) and Eric George (Shanda).
