He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Cox and Evelyn Cox; and his siblings, David Cox (Nancy), Dan Cox (Linda) and Carol Frey (Ron).
He is survived by: his significant other Marianne; his children, Greg Cox (Tess), Doug Cox (Stacey), Jennifer McComb (Dave) and Stephanie Carcione (Joe); his sisters, Melody Pucher (Mike) and Cindy Reneau (Monty); his grandchildren, Caroline Kornmann (Brad), Joe Barnes (Christy), Tori Batson (Blake), Alex Cox, Mackenzie Cox, Teddy McComb, Delaney Cox, Tommy McComb, Ashley Cox, Dalton Cox, Connor Carcione, Jordyn Carcione and Mason Carcione; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Beckham Kornmann, Theodore Barnes and Emory Batson; and his caregivers, Natalie and Wanda. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
