Inez LaVerne Slentz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Inez LaVerne Slentz of Leo, Indiana, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Inez LaVerne Slentz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell "Tut" Ray and Alice Lucille Ray (Clouse); her husband Clifford L. Slentz; and her close friend Keith Stevens. She is survived by: her children, Terez Zorger (Dennis) and Troy Slentz (Lori); her grandchildren, Tony Zorger (Jennifer) of Fishers, IN, Andy Zorger (Rachel) of Aurora, IL, Bradly Ervin of Fort Wayne, IN, April Ervin (Kenny Walpole) of Fort Wayne, IN and Kindra Slentz (Matt Dauscher) of Stroh, IN; and her sister Patsy Gaff. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Leo Methodist Church (13527 Leo Rd, Leo, IN 46765).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, Cancer Services of NE IN, or Leo Methodist Church.
