He was predeceased by: his wife Judy. He is survived by: his children, Jeff (late Linda), Jacqueline (James) and Andrew; and his siblings, Dale (Sandy), Elaine (late Joe) and Lorraine (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
