He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Kelsey of Farmland, Val Holley of Fort Wayne and Todd Kelsey (Cathy) of Yoder; and his nephews, Dirk Holley (Autumn), Ryan Holley (Meggan) and Brandon Holley (Nicole). He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and nephews.
