He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Willman and Mildred Willman (Tate); his wife Mary Lee Boyer; his children, Sam Willman of Leesburg and Peg Willman of Rochester; his niece Jaimee Recker (Eric) of Oakland, MD.; his nephews, Matthew Willman (Kim) of Hartford City and Paul Dee Willman of Marion; and his brother Robert Willman.
