She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Tinkey and Cleo Tinkey; her husband Larry Polk; her son Gary "Jake" Polk; and her siblings, Norman Tinkey, Richard Tinkey (Dickie) and Peg Eaton (Peggy).
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Polk, Tim Polk (Lili) of Warsaw and Sally Bailey of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Jeff Polk (Christy), Krista Alm (Mike), Chris Polk, Jennifer Hatten (Cameron), Karla Shepherd (Joel), Janel Zehring (Brian), Jeremiah Polk (Rachael), Angie Jarrett (David), Jacob Polk (Rachel), Jordan Polk (Linzi) and Jared Polk; and her brother Merl Tinkey (Linda). She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home (225 Argonne Rd, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
