He is survived by: his wife Carolyn West of Leesburg; his son Kenneth West (Greta) of Dallas, TX; his stepdaughters, Katrina Ousley of South Whitley, Kristi K. Fugett (Darren) of Larwill and Kelly K. Todd (Mike) of Leesburg; his grandsons, Spencer and Ross West; and his sister Debbie Gittleson of Fort Wayne.
