He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Woodward. He is survived by: his mother Alexandria Madden (Wagner); his daughter Samantha Madden; his grandchildren, Carter Thomas and Mia; and his sisters, Monica Marr (Brian), Deanna Gentile (Roy), Melinda Madden and Many.
