It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David A. Smoker of Leesburg, Indiana, born in Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Kathy. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Smoker and Helen Smoker (Everest) of Leesburg; his brother Brian Smoker (Julie) of Leesburg; his children, Seth Smoker of Indianapolis, Dalton Smoker of Leesburg and Carly Foreman of Ft. Wayne; his close friend Lori Smoker of Warsaw; and his pets, Bonnie, Dallas and Austin.

Given the current pandemic, the family understands that some might feel hesitation on attending.

In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to the Indiana Wildlife Federation, 708 E Michigan St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 in Dave's name as a way to preserve the things he loved in life.
