He was predeceased by: his wife Millicent; his sons, Douglas Evans and John Evans; and his grandson Shane Evans. He is survived by: his son Charles Edward Campbell of Warsaw. He is also survived by greatgrandchildren, and 2 greatgreatgrandchildren.
