She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Ray Berkey, Sr.; and her niece Sarah Wagner Brandie. She is survived by: her mother Patricia A. Berkey (Hoke) of Goshen; her children, Ronnie DeHoff of Goshen, Jamie DeHoff of Goshen, Brandon Newman of Bristol, Zachary Willard of Elkhart and Alexia Miller of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Eli and Aria Newman; her siblings, Christine Wagner of Goshen, Timothy Berkey (Pamela) of Goshen and Richard Berkey of South Bend; and her stepchildren, Randi Garner (Chuck) and Klarissa (Alex) of Guzman. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Goshen Cancer Center.
