He is survived by: his wife Anita Kay Cline; his sons, Andrew Padgett (Debora) of Lebanon and Aaron Padgett (Katherine) of Lebanon; his sister Charlene Hackett; his grandchildren, Alex Padgett (Catherine) of Connecticut, Shannon Chase (Roger) of Ft. Wayne, Margaret Padgett of Lafayette, Abbigail Padgett of Lebanon and Lilly Padgett of Lebanon; and his great grandchildren, Anistasia and Theodore "Ted" Chase.
