With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Whitney Marie Fortner (Lebanon, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2024 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Jodi M. Vanausdall (Essex) and Jeffrey H. Fortner of Tampa, Florida; her stepfather Kerry Vanausdall of Lebanon; her brothers, Nick Fortner (Ashley) of Lebanon and Isaac Fortner of Jamestown; her grandparents, Don, Peggy Gates of Crawfordsville, Ann and Jerry Essex of Lebanon; her aunts and uncles, Brad (Tonia Fortner), Cherity (Kirk Gregg), Sheri (Tom Lister), Sara (Doug Spray), Brent Essex (Matt Seslar), Jerri (Joe Glasson) and Cheryl (Todd York); her niece Lillian Fortner; her nephew Hudson Fortner; and her pets, Amidala "Dolly", Dobby, Figaro and Remus. She is also survived by several cousins, extended family, and many friends.
