He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Paul and Ruby Lynne Oliphant (Cox); and his sister Judy Klemme. He is survived by: his significant other Charlotte J. Oliphant (Carr); his son Chad D. Oliphant (Jenifer); his grandsons, Michael Oliphant (Abbie) and Brandon Oliphant; and his brother-in-law Joe Klemme of Lebanon.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Lebanon Youth Football League, an organization close to Ted's heart, as it embodies the same spirit of teamwork and dedication that he carried throughout his life.
