She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis McGee and Julia McGee (Smith); her former husband Gerald R. Vance of Washington; her husband Donald Gene Mitchell of Lebanon; and her siblings, Donnie Joe McGee, Betty Jean McGee, Louis McGee of Bloomington and Barbara McGee-Spear of Birmingham, Alabama..
She is survived by: her children, Tyler Mitchell (Mary Cross) and Amy Mitchell of Lebanon; and her siblings, Daniel McGee of Camby, Ordette Jones (Tom) of Lebanon and Annie Thorp-Foster of Indianapolis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Rosemary's memory to the VFW Women's Auxiliary of Lebanon, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, or the Purdue Extension Home Cooking Club of Boone County.
