He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee "Bud" Pedigo and Catherine "Kitty" Pedigo (Lanham); his daughter Laura Danielle Merilan; and his brother Richard L. Pedigo, II. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pedigo (Harmon); his children, Jason Pedigo (Brea Wagoner) of Lebanon, Matt Pedigo (Jessica) of Lebanon, Allison Townsend (Brad) of Lebanon and Alicia Hughes (Chris Reynolds) of Zionsville; his son-in-law Lansa Merilan of North Carolina; his brother Robert Pedigo (Danni) of Brownsburg; and his sister-in-law Jo-Ann Pedigo of Florida. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
