He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis S. Burtner and Dorothy L. Burtner (Warren); his sister Jeanette Burtner; and his brother-in-law James White. He is survived by: his sons, Robbie A. Burtner of Lebanon, James E. Burtner of Lebanon and Ronnie M. Burtner of Lebanon; his close friend Marla Kirby of Lebanon; his stepchildren, Cindy D. Kemmering (Ken) of Lebanon, Paul C. Culley (Bonnie) of Lebanon, Charles E. Culley of Lebanon and Brenda Ann Iddings of Lebanon; and his siblings, Larry Burtner (Betty) of Thorntown, Steven Burtner (Janet) of Advance, Connie White of Lebanon and Brenda Forsnight (Harry) of Lebanon. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
