He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frietzsche and Louise Frietzsche (Scherrier); his son Erick Burk Frietzsche; and his siblings, Sherrie Wallace and Don Frietzsche.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Frietzsche (Fields); his children, Bill Frietzsche (Lindsy) of Indianapolis and Tammie Parks (Charlie) of Jonesville, Virginia; and his siblings, Yvonne Frietzsche of Indianapolis and Randall Frietzsche (Michele) of Colorado. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary (1502 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Research 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
