He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Salvatore (Powell); his sons, Shane Salvatore of Anacortes and Alec Salvatore of Brownsburg; his grandchildren, Laeklyn, Hudson and Steele Salvatore; and his siblings, Tony Salvatore (Elaine) of Lancaster, Gary Salvatore of Huston, Joe Salvatore of Atlanta Georgia, Danny Salvatore of New Castle, Davy Salvator of Ohio and Linda Skillens (Ernie) of Westminster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
