It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymon D. Hicks (Lebanon, Indiana), born in Double Springs, Alabama, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarion and Lillian Irene Hicks (Dyer); his wife Joyce Ann Hicks (Johnson); and his brothers, Wendell Hicks and Waymon Hicks.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Hicks (Ann) of Camarillo and Glenn Hicks (Mary) of Thorntown; his grandchildren, Tanya Strawmyer, Elizabeth Frost (Dwight) and Benjamin Thomas; his great grandchildren, Asher Strawmyer, Malachi Strawmyer, Sydnie Frost and Willow Hubbs; his siblings, Darl Hicks (Carol), JC Hicks, Jimmy Hicks (Sandy) and Cathy Hudson (Robert); and his sister-in-law Judy Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed in his memory to Antioch Christian Church.
