He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Ballard and Melba Rose Ballard (Dziggel); and his siblings, David L. Ballard and Sharon Kay Comer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Ballard (Heflin); his son Aaron Ballard (Amy Ballard); his grandchildren, Austin, Arika and Aubrey; and his siblings, Don Ballard (Annie Marshall) of Montezuma and Rose Ann Jones of Frankfort. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be directed in his memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
