She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Eugene and Mary Louise Lewis (Corwin); and her brother Richard J. "Rick" Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Robbie Dean Criswell (LeeAnn) and Trevor Davids (Amanda); her granddaughters, Lilly Davids and Nora Davids; and her siblings, Marcia J. Nance, Ernest "Ernie" E. Lewis, Jr. (Teresa) and Daniel E. Lewis (George Ann). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
