We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2023, at the age of 80, Philp S. Gibbs (Lebanon, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron C. Gibbs and Miriam S. Gibbs (Stone); and his brother-in-law Dr. Stephen A. Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Cyndy Gibbs (Matthews) of Lebanon; his children, Kelley I. Gibbs–Budd of Westfield and Matthew A. Gibbs (Chris Le Beau) of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Annaliese Budd, Aiden Budd and Aaron Budd; and his siblings, Dr. Thomas Gibbs (Patty) and Sarah Brown (Bill).

Memorials may be directed in his memory to the First Presbyterian Church, 128 East Main Street, Lebanon, Indiana 46052.
