He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Hornett and Lolita Jean Hornett (Kornmayer). He is survived by: his wife Mary Hornett of Lebanon; his sons, James Patrick Hornett (Carrie Ford) of Goose Creek, SC and Charlie Hornett (Christine Hart) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Harper Hazelyn Hornett and Evelyn Grace Hornett; and his siblings, Joseph B. Hornett (Sally) of Brownsburg, Steven Hornett (Jane) of Carmel and Stephanie Lahr (Larry) of Ft. Wayne.
