She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Lane and Lucy Lane (McKinney); her husband Raymond Russell Shepherd; and her siblings, Charlie Lane and Betty Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Hess, Kelly Thornbrue (Mike), Patricia Patton, Bill Houston (Maew), Shane Shepherd (Sandra) and Laura Tucker (Junior); her grandchildren, William Downey, Robert Houston (Amanda), Amy Houston, Tiffaney Christensen, Alex McCartney, Kris Goudreau, Kyle Hess, Amanda Santiago, Neo Houston, Jackson Shepherd, Ryan Shepherd, Maisey Harris and Christopher Tucker; her great grandchildren, Rayne Howard, Zoey Christensen, Bradley Christensen, Chase Christensen, Hunter Christensen, Cadence Houston, Adrian Houston, Charlie Houston, Damien Cooney, Kaleb Brown, Giovanni Santiago, Matthew Goudreau, Alexander Haynes, Dion McCartney and Destiny McCartney; her great great grandchild Enid Howard; and her brother Jerry Lane (Dee).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary (1502 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052).
