She was predeceased by: her parents, George William and Harriet Marie Earnest (Adams); her husband Herbert LeRoy Searles; her siblings, Richard Earnest, William Earnest, George Earnest, Eugene Earnest and Mildred Larson; and her grandson Mitchell Searles.
She is survived by: her children, David Searles (Barry) of Baton Rouge, LA, Lindley Searles (Teri) of Indianapolis, Douglas Searles (MaryBeth) of Lebanon, Janet O'Brien (Kevin) of Eckerty and Kris Talbott of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Paige Walker (Kevin), Morgan Searles (Albert Burford), Grace Foster (Michael), Adam Searles (Lauren), Tasha Searles, Danielle Dirlam (Joseph), Tyler Searles (Marissa), Dustin O'Brien (Laura), Leslie Stewart (Clint), Brittany Talbott and Nolan Talbott (Kayla). She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
