She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Grooms and Hazel Grooms (Condor); and her husband John Gordan Foster. She is survived by: her children, Steve Parker (Patty) of Orland Park, Beth Kaplanek (Chuck) of Long Island, NY, Marty Watts (Max) of Greencastle and Brent Parker of Naples, Florida; and her brother Thomas Grooms (Elaine) of Edmond, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by ten grandsons; three great granddaughters.
