She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Eber and Margaret Eber (Haines); her husband Charles E. Staton; and her son David Dean Cox. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Hughes (David); her stepchildren, Joe Staton (Diane), Phil Staton (Kathy) and Dianna Bartolazz (Dave); and her brother Philip Eber (Carolyn). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
