With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mark Joseph Meister of Lebanon, Indiana, born in Beech Grove, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Meister and Rita Meister (Greenwood); his sister Marie Grannan; and his stepgranddaughter Jolene Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Jami Meister; his stepchildren, Joel Gibson (Megan), Carmel and Douglas Gibson; his siblings, Carl Meister, Ann Lynch, Bonnie LeGwin, Virginia, Agnes Hutchison and Jean McMullen (Paul); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Jayne Stapleton; his sisters-in-law, Melissa Fischer (John) and Robyn Stapleton; and his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Jude, Stella and Brohdi. He is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
The family prefers memorial contributions to be made to the American Legion Post #113, 1020 Hendricks Drive, Lebanon, Indiana 46052.
