She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Mabel Katherine Samuels (Harris); her son William Bradford George; and her brother Jack Samuels. She is survived by: her husband David George of Lebanon; her sons, Tony George (Bethellen) of Lebanon, Gary George (Helen) of Lebanon and Timothy Ray George (Brenda Barrett) of Lebanon; her siblings, Edward Samuels (Sue) of Martinsville, Larry Samuels of New Mexico, Susan Lee (Ron) of Frankfort and Gloria Hall of Lebanon; her sister-in-law Marilyn Samuels; her grandchildren, Emily Beattie (Alex), Scott George (Lindsey), Amy Wright (Jacob), Katherine Salaba (Chris), David George (Morgan), Gary George, Jr. (Emily), Lindsey Shank (William), Lena Merritt, Christina George, Olivia George, William George and Rebecca Shank (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Elora, Ava, Eden, Madelyn, Aubrey, Sapphire, Cama and Malayiah. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the Boone County Cancer Society or to the Indiana Heart Association.
