He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lee (Wethington) of Lebanon; his children, Melissa Lee of Lebanon, Amanda McCown of Lebanon, Jessica Godlove (Pat) of Lebanon, Travis Lee (Ashley) of Lebanon, Zachary Campbell (Tessa) of Lebanon and Nicholas Lee of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Katelynn Lee, Austin Snider, Natalie McCown, Taigen Bevard, Keyton Lee, Landon Lee, Tailynn Lee, Kaiden Lee and Kyrian Campbell; his great grandchildren, Eli Lovall and Mackenzie Lovall; his sister Phyllis Leckrone of Lebanon; his parents-in-law, Jack and Pam Summitt of Lebanon; his close friend Dean Quick of Lebanon; his nephew Mark Bowman; and his niece Teresa Leckrone.
