He was predeceased by: his brother John David. He is survived by: his sister Betty Daniels (Pete); his spouse Karen E. Jackson; his sons, Kristopher (Melinda) of Westfield and Jerad (Carla) of Whitestown; his spouse Frances McElwee; his grandchildren, Neil, Laura, Adam, Nicholas and Oliver Strawmyer; and his sister-in-law Lisa Stiling (Paul) of Winter Garden, FL. He is also survived by one niece, six nephews.
