He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Ivan and Julia Francis Padgett (Moore); and his siblings, Roselle McKinney, Donna Biddle and Mike Padgett.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Padgett of Lebanon; his daughters, Lisa Wirey (Robert) of Lebanon and Belinda Sparks (Brian) of Brownsburg; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Faust (Ben), Alex Wirey, Madison Wirey, Lindsey Sparks, Aidan Sparks and Landon Sparks; and his great grandchild Jack Faust. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
