He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Otis and Gwendolyne May Hackett (Norton). He is survived by: his wife Sue Hackett of Lebanon; his children, Sheila Hackett of Whitestown, Sherri Baber (Marty) of Jonesboro, AR, David Hackett (Laura Cohen) of Jamestown and Darryl Hackett of Lebanon; and his grandchildren, Brittani, Glenn, Courtney Baber, Stephanie, Andrew, Curtis Hackett, Kylie and Christian Hackett. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
