He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Campbell (Debbie) of Lebanon, Robert Campbell of Thorntown, Rita Bevington (Garry) of Thorntown and Tammy Cannaday of Kirklin; his nieces, Tara Bowen and Bobbi Jo Amour (Rob); his nephew Cody Cannaday (Cheyanne); and his great-nephew Keaton Cannaday.
