He was predeceased by: his father Robert Edward Scott; and his brother Larry Michael Scott. He is survived by: his mother Alice Marie Bates (Philbeck) of Lebanon; his wife Vickey Scott (Burns) of Greenwood; his sons, Robert Keith Scott, II and Thomas J. Scott; and his sister Marcia Lynn Minor of Lebanon. He is also survived by three granddaughters and one grandson; two great grandchildren.
