She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice K. Chamberlain and Donnabelle Chamberlain (Kingery); her stepdaughter Angela Casey; and her brother Richard Chamberlain. She is survived by: her husband James Casey of Lebanon; her son Brian Casey (Cierra) of Kirklin; her stepdaughter Leslie Casey; her sisters, Christine Davis of Forest and Sharon McNeil of Kokomo; and her grandchildren, Ashlyn and Dawson.
