It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Smith of Lebanon, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Smith and Betty E. Smith (Merrill); his wife Lynda Darlene Ford; his daughter Jessica Smith; his grandson Dagun Smith; and his brother Harold "Sonny" B. Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Smith and Johnna Taylor; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Taylor, Robby Taylor, Ryan Taylor, Aubrie Beasey, Ariana Smith, Trevor Smith, Ryland Smith and Abigail Smith; his sisters, Debra Stump, Denise Matherly and Jill Miller; his girlfriend Lisa Bailey; and his pet Jax. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
