He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann (Salsman) and Phillip "Tuffy" Hoffman, Jr.; and his siblings, Janet Kay Wall and Jim Kremer. He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney M. Hoffman of Lebanon and Christy M. Hoffman of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Darian Fox, Logan Owens, Haleigh Miller, Brayden Owens, Gabbi Owens and Carly Jo Hayes; his great grandchildren, Phoenix Rae Fox and Kinsley Pugh; his sisters, Jean A. Hoffman of Lebanon and JoAnne Fisher (Dale) of Jamestown; his niece Melissa Berry; his nephews, Joseph Fisher and Phillip Wall; and his friends, Gail Culley and Brian Gregg.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary (1502 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
