He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph S. Culley and Ruth S. Culley (Neavilles); his son-in-law Richard Chelf; his siblings, Ralph Culley, Jr., Jack Culley, Fred "Buster" Culley, Steven Culley, William R. "Bill" Culley, Sr. and Loretta Geraldine Redman; and his pet Oscar.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Culley (Baker); his daughters, Shawn Chelf of Lebanon and Sheryl Culley of Lebanon; his brothers, David Culley (Cindy) of Lebanon, Mike Culley (Anna) of Texas and Paul Culley of Lebanon; and his pets, Phoebe and Izzy. He is also survived by two sisters.
